Our Online Ordering Process
- Search or browse our site to find items you wish to purchase
- Click on the "Add to Basket" link for any items you choose
- You will be taken to this page, where you may view your 'shopping basket', change item quantities, or place your order
- You may only place an order when your shopping basket is not empty
- If items seem to be 'disappearing' from your basket, see explanatory note below
- When you are happy with the items any quantities in your shopping basket, fill out the order form
- Be careful to ensure that all details provided are correct, especially phone numbers as we may need to contact you
- Click on "place order" when complete
- You will then be taken to an 'order confirmation' page where you may view the details of your order. You will be given the option to cancel and go back if you need to change things, or finalise order if correct
- We will then read your order, contact you to confirm it, and then ship it out to you with an invoice

Please note that these only apply to video and DVD orders in Australia - for international and projector or equipment postage and handling details, please contact us!
Postage charges are calculated according to total order cost:

Items Disappearing??
If items seem to be disappearing from your basket, the most likely cause is that 'cookies' are disabled in your browser settings. We need 'cookies' to keep track of which items you've put in your 'basket'. If you don't know how to enable 'cookies', or if you have enabled them and the items continue to disappear, you'll have to either:
Order each item as soon as you place it in your basket, or
Email us with the details of your order, including all the contact details listed on the order form
